Eligibility

Person submitting the films must be 18 years or older.

Films eligible for the festival are defined as films running no more than four minutes (excluding credits). Any entries which do not abide by time length will be deemed ineligible.

All submissions must be of clear audio and video quality.

All submissions must be on a CD or DVD in one of the following formats: QuickTime .MOV, Windows .AVI, or .MPG files. We specifically recommend the MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format at 640x480 resolution with MP3 audio.

No explicit material, previously produced/licensed films, or use of licensed audio (which exceeds thirty seconds in length) will be accepted.

Each entry must be accompanied by the completed entry form, signed waiver, and $10 entry fee.

You may enter more than one film.

Judging will be based on the following:

Effectiveness of narrative (judges will not be given a copy of the synopsis prior to viewing)

Use of required and optional elements

Cinematic value

Entertainment value
