Information and Rules

All entries must be postmarked by the deadline date (March 20, 2009).

A $10 entry fee must be included with each entry and must be payable to “Caine School of the Arts” by check or money order.

Entry must be no longer than 4 minutes.

Releases for music and talent must be obtained by the filmmaker. The Caine School of the Arts and Utah State University is not liable for copyright infringement or unauthorized use. By admitting the film for entry, the filmmaker is thereby giving consent to both show and view the film.

 

If your film is selected to be screened at the festival or online, we will request additional publicity information.

We do not assume any liability for damage to films, videos, or publicity materials.

Three entries will be selected as winners.

 

      Overall (based on 50% Judges Choice Award, 25% Voters Choice Award,
            and 25% Highest Hits Award) 
      Judges Choice Award
      Voters Choice Award
      Highest Hits Award

Cash prizes of $1000 for Overall and $500 each for Judges Choice, Voters Choice, and Highest Hits Awards.
